1. Acceptance of the terms

By using the AlphaRF website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration and for keeping your password secure. AlphaRF is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

3. Orders and payments

Prices shown are in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and include taxes. The purchase agreement is formed upon order confirmation and payment approval. AlphaRF reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or affected by pricing errors.

4. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, layout) is owned by AlphaRF or licensed from the respective manufacturers. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

AlphaRF is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of the products or the site. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The elected venue is the judicial district of São Paulo – SP.
