Do the products come with an invoice?
Yes. Every purchase made at AlphaRF includes an electronic invoice (NF-e). The document is emailed to you after payment is confirmed.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination region. In general, São Paulo city: 1–2 business days. São Paulo interior and state capitals: 2–4 business days. Other regions: 3–7 business days. The countdown starts after payment is confirmed.
Do you deliver anywhere in Brazil?
Yes, we ship to every Brazilian state through our partner carrier. Shipping cost is calculated in the cart based on your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PIX, bank slip (boleto), and credit card in up to 12 installments (installment terms follow Mercado Pago's rules).
How does PIX payment work?
When you choose PIX at Mercado Pago, the QR Code and copy-and-paste code are generated instantly. Payment is confirmed immediately.
Do the products have a warranty?
Yes. All products come with the manufacturer's warranty (generally 12 months). Check the product page for the specific term of each item.
How do I return an item?
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the item to request a return for buyer's remorse, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Our team can advise you on choosing equipment and with basic installation questions. For advanced support, we count on our network of partner integrators.
Do you issue invoices for companies (CNPJ)?
Yes. Provide your CNPJ when registering and the NF-e will be issued to your company.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. For purchases above 10 units or orders over R$ 5,000, get in touch via WhatsApp for special terms.
