Right of withdrawal (CDC)
You have 7 calendar days after delivery to request a return without stating a reason, under Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC). A full refund is guaranteed.
How to request a return
- Contact us by email (vendas@alpharf.com.br) or WhatsApp with your order number
- Wait for our reply with shipping instructions (within 1 business day)
- Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the product to the address provided (return shipping is on us within 7 days)
- Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund is processed within 5 business days
Exchange for defect
Defective products can be exchanged within 30 days (non-durable goods) or 90 days (durable goods), under the CDC. For defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the period follows the product's warranty certificate.
Products not accepted for return
- Products with signs of use, installation, or physical damage caused by the user
- Products with broken seals (where applicable)
- Software and licenses that have already been activated
