We carry products in stock and also items manufactured to order. Read below to understand how each option works and the expected lead time for your order.
How our stock works
In-stock products
Cables, connectors, accessories, and our best-selling models are kept in stock. Orders confirmed by 2pm on business days ship the same day — the rest go out the next business day.
Made-to-order products
Antennas, radios, and specialized equipment are manufactured or configured after your order is confirmed. The production time is added to the shipping time shown at checkout.
Each product's availability is shown on its item page — look for the "In stock" or "Made to order" tag. If in doubt, get in touch.

How the total lead time is calculated
Total time = Production + shipping time calculated at checkout. Example: a sector antenna with 4 days of production going to a destination with 3 days of delivery has a total time of ~7 business days from payment confirmation.

Clear shipping cost in the cart
The shipping cost is shown in the cart based on your order — you see the final price before continuing to payment.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with the carrier's tracking code. You can also follow the status directly under My Account → My Orders.
Important notes
- •All times are counted in business days from payment confirmation (PIX is confirmed instantly; card may take up to 1 business day; boleto up to 3 business days after payment).
- •For made-to-order products, production only starts after the payment clears.
- •We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
- •In cases of force majeure (strikes, weather events, etc.) times may change. You'll be notified by email if that happens.
